Opening account "on selfie" for ING

About:
I designed a completely new feature for opening bank account via a selfie. The project presented several major challenges, including third-party integrations, security requirements, and multi-level interaction. The critical aspect of this endeavor was crafting effective UX writing to provide precise and trustworthy instructions while ensuring users felt comfortable and secure. The process involved defining requirements with stakeholders, conducting secondary research, performing in-depth interviews (IDIs), benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, usability testing, creating visual designs, and delivering end-to-end solutions, including implementation support.

Information architecture redesign for ING

About:
Through desk research of past usability tests, my team discovered a significant issue related to the time spent navigating the ‘Moje ING’ menus. We meticulously planned, managed, designed, tested, and successfully delivered complex changes across the ‘Moje ING’ web, mobile, and app platforms. An interesting point to note is that not only did we create an exceptional product, but we also implemented these changes in three stages, resulting in nearly zero negative user sentiment after the implementations.

I designed the Viedome system from scratch, which includes a Desktop administration app, a Tablet client app, and a Mobile services app. The end-to-end design process involved strategy, requirements gathering through discovery research, wireframing, user testing, delivering visuals, and providing development support.

I designed the MySmartControl mobile app from scratch, which manages home and office security. Additionally, I created a web app for administrative processes and global management. The design process started with a series of workshops, followed by requirement collection, value definition, and concluded with tested prototypes, UI design, and development support.

The app is still active, aged well

Airport lightning management software for UWISE

About:
I built a web and mobile app from scratch, starting with two weeks of workshops to define requirements and address problems. The app is designed for managing light maintenance at airports, with an interesting twist—it needed to be tailored specifically for Arabic countries.

A highly advanced and thoroughly tested prototype served as the starting point for acquiring initial clients and securing funding for development
